Euismod quis viverra

Our warranty  and conditions of sale agreed by all purchasers.

We give a standard three month return to base warranty in line with most used vehicle sellers in the country, this covers major mechanical faults to the engine,  gearbox, and steering.  All other faults are not covered.

The warranty requires you to return the vehicle to us for repair, so we would STRONGLY ADVISE anyone to purchase RECOVERY along with your breakdown insurance. we do not provide any breakdown assistance whatsoever of any nature at any time, for any reason,

We adhere to the Sale of Goods Act 2015     please bear in mind that the vehicles are USED vehicles,  not new, and are subject to what is described in law as "wear and tear " which is permissible and allowed for within the terms of the act,  so tyres will be used and worn , as will the brakes, engine, gearbox, etc in fact all mechanical components and of course the bodywork, ( and this list is not exhaustive)  every item on every vehicle in the world deteriorates over time,  so please set realistic expectations,  you will likely need to spend money on any vehicle as time progresses. whether it be for worn parts, aged components, or further corrosion issues, which we advise you to attend to as soon as you see them. and I can give you free advice . We underseal all our vehicles and use Kurust on body repairs and waxoil underneath, however, you must maintain corrosive issues on an ongoing basis.

OTHER GARAGES ( opinions )

Taking your bongo to another garage for "inspection," or repair, no matter what the circumstances,  will invalidate your warranty ,  (and any kind gesture of goodwill offer of help from me outside of my primary legal responsibilities)  this is because all garages, no matter how friendly or how long you have known them or trusted them, or what reputation they may appear to have,  are primarily there to make financial profit,  and enhance their reputation - thus you will never hear  one garage ,  giving credit to another garage for any reason.  ( That also includes " bongo specialists" small and large)  In fact , due to a bongos value, I have witnessed apparent bongo specialists deliberately giving out false information, then buying the vehicle at scrap value , only to repair it at minimal cost and retail it again at full price.

Even MOT tests can and will vary,  they are highly subjective - and vastly variable, and by law , only valid on the day they are issued - and for good reason , faults can arise at any time , and peoples opinions and perceptions vary wildly,   the    end result is we will not entertain , or enter into discussion  about alleged faults  or problems  using information from any third party .  The motor trade is rife with " experts " who apparently could have done something better, quicker, cheaper, more skillfully,  but they wont tell you of the mistakes they made or problems they were unable to repair, etc etc

Our bongos are checked by us , then an independant MOT tester, then by yourselves and or your advisor on or before the day of purchase. We have an almost faultless good feedback record , and there is a good reason for that. You are welcome to test drive your vehicle , you are welcome to view it on the ramps, if something does go wrong within the warranty period , contact us in a friendly manner first , and we will do what we can reasonably do to help you .

We want all our bongos to be as trouble free  as they can be hence we are the only garage  possibly in the world that changes where necessary the vast majority of the pipework and other cooling related components to potentially eradicate most of the cooling problems the bongo is infamous for.
